Who can attend Wild Wonderment?
Our program is designed for children ages 5-10. Children must be 5 before 8/31/24. We ask that parents remain on site to assist with learning. Siblings are welcome to stay as well.
Can one parent bring kids from other families?
Yes! We have a form to fill out which will grant one parent permission to be the on-site contact person for multiple children.
What will the kids learn?
Our curriculum is designed to teach children practical knowledge about nature, while weaving in Biblical lessons and Christian principals. We will cover science, history, geography, as well as Bible study.
What does a day at Wild Wonderment look like?
Sample Schedule:
9:30-10:00am: Kids free play/parents check-in
10-10:10am: Morning Rally (Memory Verse, Devotional, Song)
10:10-10:25am: Game
10:25-12:00pm: Morning session (Hands on learning activities)
12:00-1:00pm: Lunch/Free Play
1:00-2:00pm: Hike/Nature Journaling
2:00-2:15: Clean-up and Closing Prayer
When do you meet?
Classes will be held on Wednesdays and then a calendar will be sent out to all registered families with the field trips. Please see “Session” tab for exact dates.

How much does Wild Wonderment cost?
Registration Fee per child: $25
Each class and field trip is priced based on the supplies needed or entrance fees. Once a family registers a link is sent out with the classes to choose from. Classes range from Free-$15. Each session is 5 weeks long and families can choose which activities they want to do and an invoice is emailed out. Payment is due prior to the start of the session.
Miscellaneous
We have several children in the group who are severely allergic to nuts and peanuts. We ask that all snacks and lunches are nut-free
Part of learning about nature is being in nature! Please dress your child for outdoor play. Also, please bring a spare change of clothing (including socks).
There will be a mandatory parent’s meeting prior to kick-off, so everyone understands our goals and expectations.
